Pi the Gate from Signs Science and Symbols of the Prophecy

from Metacafe - Today's Videos by Metacafe on December 22, 2008
Duration: 3
Einstein once said that if he could understand pi then he could understand who God is. For pi is the number of God. And it truly is for. For all men were created by the Father, and all men shall return to the Father. And what is the formula for a circle? It is circumference equals pi times diameter. Diameter is the distance you are away from the Father and circumference is the path back to the Father. And how do we complete the circle? Through pi. For as the Son said, I am the narrow Gate, no one returns to the Father except through Me. Math Help - Pre Algebra - Circumference

Math Help - Pre Algebra - Circumference

from MedicCast Podcast on October 25, 2007
Duration: 148
To access the complete lesson on this topic, go to www.yourteacher.com. Students learn that the circumference of a circle is the distance around the circle, and the formula for the circumference of a circle is 2 times pi times the radius of the circle. Pi is the ratio of the circumference to the radius, which is approximately 22/7 or 3.14. So a circle with a radius of 3 feet has a circumference of 2 times pi times 3, or 6 pi feet. And since pi = 3.14, 6 pi feet can also be written as 6 times 3.14, or 18.84 feet. Finally, note that the radius of a given circle is half the diameter of the circle. So to find the circumference of a circle with a given diameter, first find the radius of the circle by dividing the diameter by 2.
