Del-Fi Records vinyl 12 inch single of "La Bamba '87" by Ritchie Valens. The original record was released 12/29/1958 and peaked at #22 on the Billboad charts. This special heavily remixed version released in 1987 coincident with the film of the same name. This version was featured recently by Pat St John on New York City's WCBS-FM as one of his "collectible cuts" special features. Now, Del-Fi Records has enlisted the expertise of Bob Keane, the producer of the original hit, to produce a "NEW" version of La Bamba. All the material in this "NEW" version is digitally processed and transferred to analog using an exclusive "Delphonic" formula.
