Integrated programs of study allow CEOE students to work directly with faculty, perform independent research, and gain critical field skills. Such diverse educational experiences help students deepen their understanding of the global environment. This video describes the college's academic programs and highlights some of the research of CEOE faculty. It also introduces the Delaware Sea Grant College Program, a partnership between the federal government, the state, and the University of Delaware.

Stern School of Business at New York University. In 2003 Professor Engle was honored with the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences for his work in methods of analyzing economic time series with time-varying volatility (ARCH). The title of his presentation is, "Global Financial Stability and Long Run Risk."

After Professor Bainbridge's remarks, Delaware Vice Chancellor Leo Strine responds to the paper and adds fascinating commentary on this critical governance topic.
