Mikey is forced to give up his parking spot to a tenant who thinks she deserves it because her car is nicer than Mikey's.

The Super Man is a character driven comedy centered on Mikey the Super of a 30 unit building in Los Angeles. He is an aspiring boxer who spends all his time dealing with his wacky tenants and their problems. Mikey gets a great opportunity to fight a real contender but not until he rents a vacancy in the building. The owner threatens to fire him if he doesn't get it rented.

Mikey shows the vacancy to some prospective tenants who prove to be crazier than his existing tenants. He finally finds a normal couple to rent the place but it's too late, Joey finds a way to spoil his good fortune. In the end, does Mikey get a shot at the title?
