In addition to calling global warming 'hype', Mr. Horner had some brilliant quotes about wind turbines. You can hear the assembled crowd laughing. Wait until the very end where he starts talking about windmills killing people. I feel it is important for to point out that Congresswoman Michele Bachmann doesn't think that global warming is real.
