Download Movie I had a great time last weekend working for Kelley and Chalane. When I walked in the door of the church in Pismo Beach, the pastor told me about how he stopped in the middle of the ceremony a few weeks prior, and yelled at the photographer for getting to close to the front, telling him to "GET OUT!!" So it was good to have that warning ahead of time. So I kept my respectful distance and did my thing. In fact I really appreciated what the minister shared and I think we earned his trust and friendship by the end of the gig in the church. For the wedding itself, it was super fun and a joy to work with such easy going folks. I ended up making a preview movie that night and I wanted to share it with you all. Hope you enjoy it.

The 2008 Unitarian Universalist General Assembly was my first. My goal before I went was to find a good understanding of the workings and events that define what Unitarian Universalism is. The only way I knew how to do that was to dive in and ask people. These clips are not in any order of relevance or flow, they are just where I pointed my camera and whoever I ran into that I thought would like to be seen on YouTube and would help me find that understanding. Well, I'm not quite at a point where I think I deserve to called a good representative of UU-ism, but I am a little closer and if you watch these clips, you may find you're a little closer too. Byron is the 155lb class champ for the amateur MMA circuit in the Southeast and is now hammering through the Pro divisions in the Southeast as well. This interview takes place the night of the weigh ins for Clash at the Coast in Wilmington, NC which was a sold out event with attendance of 10,000 plus MMA crazed fans flooding the coastal North Carolina city that weekend.This event was a Carolina Fight Promotions production through Doug Muhle, and from what I saw it was a raging success.

Early on today as I got a storm hanging around that has been messing with the power. The Beer: Say hello to the Premium Export Lager from the Whistler Brewing Company in Whistler, B.C.. It comes in a clear bottle so I was a little iffy on even trying it but here goes.. She pours a clear bubbly gold with a mild head that leaves almost no lacing. It smells a little like sweet rotting grain with bits of malt. It tastes of sweet malt and corn sugar with a blunt aftertaste of something molasses-like that clings to the back of your throat. It ran around $12 Canadian for a six and contains 5% alcohol. I don t think I would buy it again - one thumb up but as always get a second opinion.
