Une video de ma p' tite Cléo .. Cette jument, elle est arrivée cet hiver dans un état pitoyable, pleine de poux, maigre, pleine de croutes .. On ne savait pas l' approcher. On rentrait dans le boxe et elle essayait de chotter, elle mordait .. Du coup, un long travail de confiance a commencé .. On a pu doucement lui mettre le licol, la soigner , la sortir dans le paddock.. Au pansage, pas mpyen de lui toucher les pieds .. Et après m' être fait chottée 2-3 fois, j' ai pu lui prendre petit à petit .. Puis, commença le débourage .. Une petite scéance de longe de temps en temps .. Elle était extra, à l' écoute et vraiment confiante .. Je suis alors montée dessus, et franchement, elle n' a même pas essayé de me jeter .. Et depuis, de temps en temps on la ressort du pré pour la monter .. Elle est volontaire et a un caractère totalement changé ! Quand je pense qu avant elle me chotait et on n' osait pas rentrer dans son boxe et qu' ici, c' est une vraie crême .. Sa me fait plaisir ! On ne la reconnait plus .. Enfin, sur la video, on la voit à l' obstacle, c' était la 2ème fois qu' elle sautait .. Elle a passé 90 avec moi, puis je suis descendue, j' ai déssellé et elle a passé le Mètre 10 =) Enfin, heureuse des progrès, du changement .. Ce n est plus la même et j' avoue que je suis fière du travail accompli .. =) Maintenant, elle est en vente ..  Marc Rosenberg- The CLO as an Evangelist

In order for a CLO to promote innovation, it should start small to gain credibility. First, the CLO should find a project that holds promise within the business to sponsor in order to demonstrate innovation and provides a small success to learn from. By thinking outside the box and putting resources and credibility behind it on a small scale, the major implications are reduced but the value can be demonstrated and innovation continues. Secondly, the CLO should look at cultural transformation due to these innovations. It must be well understood how other VPs look at training in order to address their concerns and transform opinions. The CLO can then work to better educate them so that they understand and accept these innovations. Mr. Rosenberg believes the role of the CLO is one of a sponsor of unique projects that demonstrate the capabilities of new ideas and an evangelist for the innovations. Others can run the operation, but the evangelist must nurture the innovations so they can gain footing in the business.
