I have a confession to make. Even though I see little team building value in the average "team building" game, I've been guilty of persuading my team to participate in one. While there was no real long term value in our 60 minutes of paintball, a few of us definitely had a great time. This week Michael Scott (played by Steve Carell) on NBC's "The Office" reminds me that games do have their place.

Claire and Phil Foster (Tina Fey and Steve Carell) are a suburban couple slogging through their daily lives and marriage. Even their date nights of dinner and a movie have become routine. To reignite the marital spark, they visit a trendy Manhattan bistro, where a case of mistaken identity hurtles them through the city at breakneck speeds, into non-stop adventure. Remembering what made them so special together, Phil and Claire take on a couple of corrupt cops, a top-level mobster—and a crazed cabbie—as their date becomes a night they'll never forget

The new trailer for the Shawn Levy-directed film starring Steve Carell, Tina Fey, Mark Wahlberg, James Franco, Leighton Meester, Common, Taraji P. Henson, Kristen Wiig, Ray Liotta, Mila Kunis, Mark Ruffalo, William Fichtner and Olivia Munn. The story follows a couple who find their routine date night becomes much more than just dinner and a movie. Wahlberg plays a successful and crazily buff securities expert who flirts with Fey's character. Franco portrays a not-too-bright con man and petty criminal. Meester is onboard as the couple's babysitter. Henson plays the one good cop who believes the couple is in danger, and Common portrays a villain. Wiig rounds out the cast as the actress' best friend.
