This is the tribal group called the Fagawi dancers in Las Vegas, NV. This troupe has been around since at least the 70's, maybe even earlier. Which is video proof that tribal bellydance has been around in America long before people have claimed to have created it in the 80's or 90's. Since it was around before vcr's and dvd players or cable tv, unless you went to Las Vegas to see thier shows, you would not have known it existed.
