The Band of Brothers is a safe environment for men to come together in a neutral setting with other men. Harvey Miller of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP spoke to The Deal's Mary Kathleen Flynn at The Deal Economy 2010 Conference about the use of Resolution Authority. Resolution Authority is the proposal that would allow the government the power to unwind systemically important financial institutions, and give them a framework for doing so.
