Workout includes punching, kicking, stretching, moves from various Kung-fu animal styles such as Tiger, Leopard, Snake, stances, breathing and cool down exercises. Sorry for the poor sound volume and quality, it was much lower than this originally. Not sure why it downloads so low from the VHS tape to my computer. I raised the volume all the way with my software, hence the hiss. If I reduced the hiss, the volume went with it too. I figure better to have some hiss and hear the voice than not..
