There are certain situations, people, places and events that can send bipolar people into a tailspin. These triggers are individual for each person, but a lot of us have some in common. I talk about my triggers.

This is the first episode of my show. I am going to use the show to talk about bipolar illness, how it affects me and others and I'm going to try to dispel some myths about bipolar disorder floating all over the web.

The second episode of my show. I concentrate on the symptoms of Bipolar Disorder and talk about how they affect me and possibly how they affect other people.

Getting a

Medication is a fact of life for people with bipolar disorder. They are also a controversial issue. I talk about the medications I take and how they help me.

Just because you are between major episodes it doesn't mean that you are free of symptoms. I talk about troublesome breakthrough symptoms and how they affect you.
