After the game, District 32 of the KHSAA gave student athletes honors for making the all district team and trophies to the runner up Walton-Verona Bearcats and Champions Simon-Kenton Pioneers. Chelsea Tolliver of Simon-Kenton was recognized as the MVP of the District Tournament.

A few of the players on the field were playing a pretty interesting game that involved two guys kicking to two other guys that had to stop the ball from bouncing past them. Good fun, and these guys were really cool to talk to.

While I was at the University of Cincinnati, I went to a press conference and talked to this great guy, Jim Kelly, who is an announcer for the Bearcats, after the game.
