A computer software glitch has crippled the outgoing baggage handling system, so everything has to be laboriously hand-sorted. This is causing lines and irate flyers. "It's a big problem if the baggage don't come with the passenger." But that's exactly the choice flyers have to make. They can wait out the problem on the ground, or fly without their luggage, and have it delivered later.
