Hello. The information on this video needs to be combined with techniques shown on my General Healing Method 1. Its simple enough. Antiseptic is added in bags to the Washing/Laundry powder thats around the ankles and left on for a few hours. Also bags of Laundry powder or Washing powder are placed as near to the infection as possible with antiseptic in bags placed on top. It should work quite quickly, but I recommend continuing with General Healing Method 1 to get the full benefit.Please do not use this method in place of going to a Doctor or Physican. Clinicians must be well informed on how best to treat cellulitis, abscesses and other cutaneous infections in order to reduce the need for systemic antibiotics. In my extensive practice of medicine, I am yet to encounter one case of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). The most common error that I see in Medicine is that providers often fail to readily incise and drain an abscess. The clinician must consider the bacterial milieu associated with a specific area in order to select the most appropriate antibiotic. In the video, you can see a patient with a perianal abscess that I drained. In this area, the bacteria consist of mixed aerobic (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus) and anaerobic (Bacteroides species, Clostridium, Veillonella) flora. I have treated many perianal abscesses via incising over the fluctuant area and draining the purulent material. In all cases, I have prescribed the first generation cephalosporin, Cephalexin. Before incising, I apply anesthesia over the roof of the abscess, epidermal layer, using a very small syringe with 2% lidocaine and Epinephrine. Do not use an anesthetic with epinephrine for digital blocks (fingers; toes). If the patient is allergic to penicillin and the cephalosporins, the antibiotic choices become limited to a macrolide (erythromycin) or trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (TMP-SMX; Bactrim , Septra ) or Vancomycin for MRSA. I rarely prescribe TMPL-SMX to otherwise healthy patients (non-HIV) since it, as antibiotic, has the highest incidence of adverse side effects including angioedema, urticaria (hives), thrombocytopenia (low platelets), and rarely exfoliative dermatitis, Steven-Johnson syndrome. As reported in the British media, a woman, after taking TMP-SMX for sinusitis, barely survived after losing her skin. This woman was in the hospital for six months and made a miraculous recovery.
