Warning: This is somewhat long, herky-jerky and VERY pixellated (although my future videos will surely improve now that I have a new HD camcorder - thanks to Bo!) July 17, 2008: Volleyball champions Misty May-Treanor and partner Kerri Walsh continued doing what they have every tournament since August 2007 — winning. The defending Olympic gold medalists knocked off fellow U.S. Olympic team members Elaine Youngs and Nicole Branagh for the AVP 2008 Chicago Open championship. The win broke the duo's own records for consecutive match and tournament wins. May-Treanor became the first woman and fifth player to reach 100 tournament championships. And I was there!
