"Da questo pianeta verrebbero dunque quegli esseri extraterrestri simili agli uomini che i sumeri chiamavano "annunaki" e con i quali gli americani sarebbero in contatto", svela Pattera. Infatti l'avvicinamento fra i due sistemi solari, il nostro e quello di Nibiru, provocherebbe in entrambi i corpi celesti eventi drammatici (secondo la legge di Newton dell'attrazione dei corpi): dai terremoti ai maremoti alle alluvioni fino all'innalzamento del livello del mare di circa 130 metri. "Per tale motivo - afferma Pattera - il magnate Rockefeller, finanziatore del SPT, il pi efficiente telescopio mai costruito per osservare l'avvicinamento di Nibiru, e attivo dallo scorso gennaio in Antartide, ha ordinato di costruire nelle Isole Svalbard (Polo Nord) una "banca delle sementi ibride" di tutte le essenze vegetali oggi coltivate sulla Terra".
