A Short timelapsed view of Seoul, the capital of the Repulic of Korea. Some of the sights and landmarks seen in this video include the Blue House (the home of South Korea's president), Guanghuamun (Guanghua Gate), Seoul Business District, Geongbokgung (Geongbokgung Palace), and some quiet neighborhoods surrounding center city. All footage shot from the peak of Yinwang Mountain, which is located within city limits and of is accessible after about a half hour hike.This piece was shot using a Panasonic SDR-H250 standard definition camcorder and an attempted tilt-shift lens effect was created without the use of such a lens using Adobe Premiere Elements 4.
