Thoughts that make actions in the world was an abstract animation installation commissioned by In Certain Places a public art project in Lancashire, England. The animation made by Chantal Oakes, maps a regeneration area called The Tithebarn Regeneration Project, that includes Preston bus station, a hub of activity. The response - a poem - made by SuAndi, international poet performer who comes from the region will be broadcast over the bus station tannoy and filmed for documentation. This is a draft edit.
