Sam Jones III, ER, SMALLVILLE actor: Mr. Media Audio Interview

Sam Jones III, ER, SMALLVILLE actor: Mr. Media Audio Interview

from Mr. Media on April 02, 2009
Duration: 0
Sam Jones III arrives at "ER" finale party; image by Getty Images via DaylifeTonight, America’s 15-year love affair with the NBC medical drama “E.R.” comes to a close. The show introduced a lot of actors who became very big stars and today I’m delighted to welcome a young man who is probably hoping he is on the launching pad to become one of them. Audiences first noticed Sam Jones III as Clark Kent’s best friend, Pete Ross, during the first three seasons of “Smallville.” He has since appeared in a number of movies, including Snipes, Zig Zag and Glory Road. More recently, Jones became part of the final group of medical students to go through Chicago’s County General Hospital on “ER.” His character was noteworthy because for 17 episodes he played Chaz, the younger brother of long time “ER” doc Greg Pratt, played by Mekhi Phifer. Who's right anyway?

Who's right anyway?

from The Gathering on September 28, 2006
Duration: 0
So much of our lives are spent asking questions...but often, we're asking the wrong questions. In the past two weeks I've been hit with the same question over and over again thanks to TIME Magazine: Who's right anyway? When it comes to God, who's right? Who knows why God does stuff? Who knows why we have hurt? Who knows why some people seem to fail while some seem to prosper? And...am I even asking the right questions?

Beer Box Jesus

Beer Box Jesus

from The Gathering on June 21, 2006
Duration: 1567
Isn't it amazing that sometimes in life we miss the light...until something dark happens. It's like, sometimes it has to get so dark that we will actually begin to notice the light again...to appreciate the light. This week, the light came from many places, especially a hillbilly with a box of beer.

Jesus Taxi

Jesus Taxi

from The Gathering on February 27, 2006
Duration: 271
Have you ever taken a taxi in a large city like Chicago? It's a rough ride isn't it? But, there's that crazy feeling of trust that you have for the driver isn't there? A feeling that he 'knows where he's going' so you'll get there all safe and sound. I think this concept can also be a metaphor for our spiritual journey.Check it out ad the drop a comment by calling this number and leaving your two cents. Call my audio comment line: 206-339-9386
