台灣東南角 , 從佳樂水到九鵬大沙漠 ; 以及從屏東縣牡丹鄉的旭海 , 到台東縣達仁鄉的南田 , 安朔 , 是台灣最後一段 , 沒有削波塊 , 沒有公路 , 沒有車輛往來喧囂的海岸 .這裡的地形非常多元豐富 :佳樂水這裡 , 是漂亮的風化岩石 . 往北南仁湖附近沿海 , 是平緩的珊瑚礁岩岸 .再往北 , 九棚大沙漠 .觀音鼻附近 , 是巨石遍布的岩岸 . 而旭海 , 安朔一帶 , 到處都是鵝卵石的礫灘 . 這段美麗的海岸 , 其實是清朝時期的官道 , 恆春卑南道的一部份 . 也是台灣族群遷徙的大移民之路 . 原本分佈在高雄 , 屏東一帶的平埔族 , 因為清朝政府課以重稅 , 和重瑤役的結果 , 原本務農的平埔族沿著恆春卑南道 , 往台東花蓮移動 . 而阿美族和排灣族也有一些部落 , 沿著東海岸南北遷徙 , 尋找安身立命之地 . 台灣東南角這段海岸 , 不但地理景觀豐富 , 也是充滿族群歷史記憶的海岸 , 目前政府有計畫要沿著這段海岸 , 開闢台26線公路 , 完成台灣的環島公路 , 同時也是為南台灣東西兩邊的交通 , 在台九線之外 , 再開闢台26來維持東西兩邊的交通 . 這是 2005年封港大橋斷橋之後的考量 , 不過台26真的可以在颱風天取代台九嗎 ? 開闢台26到底有什麼效應 ? 或許當我們用雙腳和汗水親自走過之後 , 對這一個問題 , 會有更透徹的思考 . Shares fell 9% in after-hours trading as the companies fourth-quarter earnings forecast fell below the expectations of Wall Street analysts. Apple announced that for the period which ended on June 28, the company had earned $1.07 billion, or $1.19 a share, up from $818 million, or 92 cents a share. Revenue rose 38% to $7.46 billion from last year's sales of $5.41 billion. Chief Financial Officer Peter Oppenheimer talked about the state of U.S. consumer spending, which has been a big factor in Apple's sales.
