In this episode Ryan talks about "Maximizing your Merchandise". Theme parks and attractions have figured it out, now it is time to bring their thinking to the funeral home. With the rise in cremation funeral directors have to find something to help compensate for the money they are losing by the family not choosing a traditional burial. Merchandise can add to their bottom line, but if it is not displayed properly then families will never know it is available. Families can't purchase product they never see.
