Video: Authorities arrest alleged identity thief

Federal investigators say 47-year-old Alton Davis is responsible for stealing the identities of 31 current and retired police officers. Agents say Davis used social security numbers to open credit card accounts. News 2's Dana Hackett gets answers on what led the Secret Service to Davis.
