Gonzo Video Journalism The good: Hunter S Thompson would be proud. The bad: The videos are too long and require too much attention for watching at work. The review: I'm consistently amazed by the stories in this vlog that aren't covered in mainstream press and have taken the pledge to help Flux cross promote these mini documentarys outside of the vlogosphere. Dude needs help. This stuff needs to be seen.
This is a different kind of vlog. Flux is hardly ever on camera, prefering to show the facts instead of telling you the facts. The Big Phat Versions of the videos are large enough to make dvd's or project in a small theatre. Maybe you'd l ...

THIS OR THAT! = BURLESQUE GAME SHOW
Sexy fun for all! The good: You feel like part of the show The bad: It's only available as a podcast at the moment The review: I love Julie Atlas Muz! And Tigger too! All my girlfriends agree, this show is the most fun you can have with your clothes on. You get to run away and join the circus. The cast takes 2 contestants and make them part of the show. And sometimes its a game show, sometimes a burlesque show, sometimes its the sideshow, you never know whats coming.
Watch it now girls! Look out for Julie! you won't regret it. (And its good for your boyfriend to watch too)

How can they do that on TV? The good: Hillarious contestants and world class burlesque acts The bad: When they say an act is bad, it can really stink The review: This is something you'll never see on regular TV. Even the on the cable channels. Its a mix of an old time burlesque show, a circus side show, and a reality TV show where regular people get to do all of the above and more.
This is a sexy and fun good time where everyone "goes home happy". Both male and female friends have admitted to loving this show. Watched regularly, it is guaranteed to stimulate your sex life.

Artist and visionary for a new medium. The good: Makes me think about what I could be doing with a Video Blog The bad: Sometimes I have to think about what the point of all this is... The review: I found out about video blogs when I accidently read something Jay had written about using video blogging. I don't remember it specifically, but the point was: anybody can do this and everyone should, but here's what you need to think about. Since then I've learned a whole lot more, but everytime I watch one of Jay's posts, I have to stop and re-consider the many possibilities here. Jay is open to posting the best work by others he comes across and at the same time has his own very unique wa ...

The bad: All his videos are in .wmv, so they're not viewable on most Apple products yet. The review: Michael Tyas is just like anyone else. Male, Canadian, single 20something, college graduate working in a grocery store. Blogger. Truly, an ordinary individual which would be lost in a crowd of his own kind. He's on to something though. Vlogging has given him the opportunity to document and display his story in ways words never could, and he's doing such a remarkable job that he may very well have risen from ordinary to 'extraordinary.'

Great Underground Theater Show is a better video podcast The good: The most fun you can have watching a video pod cast! May attract a crowd. The bad: Not always safe viewing in public, at work, etc. May attract a crowd. The review: I first saw "This or That!" as a live theater show in New York City. It ran last year for a while off Broadway, since then it has been hard to find. I was ecstatic to find it on itunes as a video podcast. Watching the podcast I can see pieces from many different shows, all of which are amazing and hilarious in their own special ways.

I like the movie reviews. I've really never seen anything quite like them. These guys have a fresh and new approach. I've never enjoyed movie reviews by old men that enjoy artsy trash.

The bad: His videos are few and far between, which is a shame, but I think he's a busy guy. The review: Jay Dedman possesses an excitement for the medium (vlogging) that goes unmatched. He's part of the FireANT crew, responsible for bringing you a great tool, like this one (Mefeedia), for subscribing to your favorite videoblogs. The bad: Nothing bad I can think of. The review: Anyone can make a squeeze movie, just follow some simple rules: take a previous video, remix it, and keep it 1 minute, 1 Megabyte. That's all. Watching these all one after the other gets me in that wuzzy state. Effective and legal!
I hope this will set the example for many more collaborative video games to come. One of the things that make it work, I think, is the simplicity. You can do this in half an hour. And you'll have made something that belongs to something else..

The review: An interesting vlog to say the least. It's easy to previsualize a real hit here...maybe even a TV show. It's real important to do away with all the profanity, but the "scumbags" and name calling like(and I am one, too) you so well do, really sets this show apart. The bad: Not enough videos coming from his friends/hicks back in the sticks of Indiana. The review: Bullemhead really started to come alive with the release of "Voices of the Future". The experimental format, and the ease in the often very funny dialogue, makes it a delight to watch. There is some profanity, which if you can handle it, is hilarious. The review: ZipZapZop has become a highlight when most new videos come through, something I always look forward too, because his performance varies so much from episode to episode. The review: Robert Vitello seems to have multiple personalities. I'd like to see more of them. So far, his movies are about himself and his own thoughts, and he makes no apologies for his narcissism. Humorously, when the vlog community was getting huffy and offensive in the summer of 2005 about vloggers being labeled narcisists, Robert had already declared himself one, and seemed both embarassed and proud of it.
