Created yesterday afternoon for the "Flashback to the (?)" Film Fight that's currently going on. Steve and I brainstormed for like 30 seconds and then I started writing the script. I'm really into the show "Journeyman" right now, so I kinda wanted to copy their 'ripple teleport' effect in this. Pulled it off easy and quick in Final Cut with a 8 pt garbage matte. Cast: justin

(VIDBLOG) partynyc - New York City, 2007 from justin on Vimeo. While cutting together "A Foot in the Door," I realized I had accumulated a fair amount of drunken party antics. Initially I tried to cut them into the vidblog, but it just didn't seem to match the mood I was going for. I set the clips aside. I wanted to pick a fun song for this, I think Justice really does the trick. Had a good time editing this with the fast pace and lots of goofy effects. It's a fair representation of the madness that is our typical NYC party night. Cast: justin

The Holiday Sweater Song from justin on Vimeo. My biggest project to date. Between finding two girls who would make out, begging and scratching for 'holiday sweater' sing-a-long segments, and running all around the NYC area for shots that would only take up a handful of seconds, this was an action-packed week. I was inspired to take on something a bit bigger after a conversation with David Lehre of "Myspace: The Movie" fame. I asked him how he accomplished all the biggness he had in his clips - he said he just writes a list of everything he needs and starts hitting the phones. I made my list, hit the phones, and viola, it worked! I feel ready to take on the next big project now. I've proved something to myself - and of course, I could have never done anything without the help of Steve and Jared. They're my ROCKS. Cast: justin

I'm originally from Wisconsin, so we don't get things like giant deathly tornado wind storms that shred our towns apart, so it was an interesting experience. About a year later I got a call from someone at the Discovery Channel who was making a special about normal folks documenting disasters. They wanted to use my footage.
