Chapter 22- (Kevin's POV) Kevin was enjoying his time relaxing after being on tour so long, so he and Frankie decided to start a battle on Guitar Hero. Of course, Kevin would always beat Frankie, but he started to feel bad, so he let Frankie beat him on a couple of songs. Then, in the middle of a heated battle, Kevin heard his phone ring. "Hey bud, can we pause this, my phone is ringing." Frankie looked up at Kevin with an annoyed look on his face. Kevin looked back with a pleading expression. "Ok, fine, but I'm not giving you a head start when we un-pause it." Kevin smiled at his brother and then ran to get his phone. He wanted to answer it because he thought that Andie might call him back one of these days. Usually every time his phone beeped his heart fluttered because he hoped that maybe this was the time that he would get to hear Andie's voice again. Kevin found his phone on the table next to his bed and answered it without looking at the caller ID. "Hey, this is Kevin." "Hey Kevin this is Ashley Leggat from Life With Derek." Kevin looked down at his phone: why would Ashley Leggat be calling him? He had never spoken to her before and he had never actually seen her in person either. "Um...hey Ashley what's up?" "Not much, but you're probably wondering why I'm calling you. See, Kenny Ortega called me yesterday and told me about a new Disney movie he wants me to star in. He also mentioned that he would love for you and your brothers to co-star with me. He got your number from Miley, so I was just calling to see if you and your brothers wanted to maybe have lunch with me tomorrow so we could go over the details of the movie." Kevin was in shock. THE Kenny Ortega wanted the Jonas Brothers to star in another movie? He was curious to see what kind of storyline this Disney movie had, so he was willing to meet with Ashley to discuss the characters and the plot. "Wow, yah that sounds great. Except, my brothers have plans for tomorrow, so I think it's only going to be me." "Oh, that's fine then. I guess I'll see you around one at...um...how about that little café on the corner of Hollywood Boulevard?" "Ok, sounds good, I haven't been there in awhile." Kevin and Ashley said their goodbyes and then Kevin went back downstairs to finish his battle with Frankie. He had a smile on his face, which Frankie noticed right away. "Who is she?" Frankie smiled up at his older brother. He could always tell when Nick, Joe, or Kevin got a call from a girl. "Ashley Leggat: she wants to have lunch with me tomorrow to discuss a new Disney movie that we could possibly be starring in." Frankie quickly took off the guitar that was around his neck and ran up to Kevin. "Can I come?" Kevin laughed at Frankie and then bent down so he was at his level. "I'm sorry little bro, but this is strictly business, so you would get bored listening to me and Ashley talking. I would love to take you: but maybe next time ok buddy?" "Ok." Kevin went back to the TV and grabbed the guitar. He waited for Frankie to grab his and when they were both ready, Kevin un-paused the game.
