Twitter has received a great deal of praise on keeping their system more stable than in times past. I went on record to say this was due to their decision to completely disable instant messaging and track. Last week, I came to the realization that the track capability of Twitter is not coming back. I've realized that the track capability cannot be globally rolled out with the current implementations of microblogging software. So in this video, I explain this, and also my decision to return to Twitter to try to find a new way to utilize it without track. Enjoy.
