It was in the very same spirits that the Council was set up by his Morocco's King Mohammed VI as an initiative to pursue a just, all-inclusive, conciliatory solution to the what seemed before as an intractable Sahara problem. Mr. Ould Errachid delivered his message to the Moroccan community and encouraged them to take part in the effort to guarantee the territorial integrity of the homeland.
