This was the excitment of a May 2008 TempestTour storm chase in Julesburg, Colorado. You can see some rotation on the ground from the car which looks like a tornada but was either a dust devil or a developing land spout. Once we get out of the car, the inflow of wind into the storm is so powerful! You can see the tumbleweeds, dust and grass blowing with a greenish looking sky in the background.
