Strange noise from my buddys 350z

Here is the deal, Someone a while back pured what they said was sugar in the gas tank, so it went to the shop and they replaced everything from the Pistons back to the fuel tank. But dont think they replaced the pistons though. Now its making this noise. Its 04 with 81k miles on it, 5 speed.
