The cop is a jerk! He didn't have to spray the guy with the pepper spray and rough up the guy. The cop needs to be disciplined and sent to psychology classes. Of course, he's a cop, so he's too stupid to learn anything. Intelligent people are not cops. They have better careers. Bullies are cops. Stupid jerks are cops, and this video is living proof.
Hey 'pegsy', maybe you wouldn't think that cop was a 'jerk' if you knew what cops have to put up with everyday. And what would have happened if he let that drunk idiot urinate in public? What if some child in their yard saw this man and his genitals while he was urinating? Then your dumbass would be saying that the cop should have done his job and prevented that. People that complain about cops are the ones that are always doing stupid crap and getting caught. I must say I agree with pegsy. In my field of profession, I encounter these over zealous, power pumped, high school cowards on a daily basis. These gun and badge promoted bullies types had been shunned, battered, and ridiculed during their school days. This is why they have sought out to be a Law Enforcement Officer. With the City, County, and State to back them up, they show the same type of compassion and mercy they were given by their grade school and high school bullies. And you Supertrooper, your very call sign is further proof of your over exaggerated ego. You would fall right into place with this above noted description. Good for you that you guys stick together and watch each other's backs, as proved by Profiler138. Granted, Steve is a moron, but the arresting officer is just another coward with State sanctioned weapons to use against citizens. If he were a real courageous man he would have simply jerked the suspect off the mower and arrested him, but no, he had to disable and assault the suspect so his soft fat arms would be strong enough to handle the skinny little drunk man.
