Brauer called "not awful!" He went on to say the Stribstream was "no match for The Uptake's Recount Master, Noah Kunin." To wit, Noah was filming state officials preparing challenged ballots before 9am, hours before most media showed up. This utterly mundane activity perfectly tests the theory that adding the Benny Hill theme to anything makes it funny.
