I'm deeply concerned about Seattle's budget priorities after reading a recent article in the Seattle Times. http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2008551284_snowcleanup23m.html I know environmental responsibility is in vogue at the moment, but this article demonstrates the city's blatant disregard for safety, property, productivity (three of the key pillars to Seattle prosperity) all in the name of environmental concern. Just how exactly is returning salt water via run-off to the ocean from which it came problematic?
