experience, but increased memory will cut down on application crashes. The next reason is video recording capability. Apple's implementation of video recording is top notch and beats anything out there on jailbroken iPhones. Another reason is the 7.5 Mbps HSPA network support. When AT&T supports this network in late 2009 - early 2010, the iPhone 3GS will support it. OpenGL ES 2.0 is another reason to upgrade due to the advantages it provides game developers. The autofocus camera is a great advantage as well due to its great "tap to focus" capability. These are just some of the reasons why you would want to upgrade to the iPhone 3GS.
