I had the honor of reading a few poems at the Academy of American Poet's event "Poetry and the Creative Mind" this week. I chose a poem by Charlotte Perkins Gilman called "The Anti-Suffragists," one by Emily Dickinson called "I measure every Grief I meet," and finally "Maggie and Millie and Molly and May" by E.E. Cummings. The event was great, but I could only film backstage. Still, we managed to get some cool material, including a quick interview with Meryl Streep.
