Please start by investigating Hillside New Jersey. The council who Charlotte controlls lost millions of dollars that supposingly to be spent on education. Can someone please find it. We have no Administrator here in Hillside. Can someone please tell me why? We have to many police captains in the department. Can someone please tell me why. There are two fire stations in Hillside New Jersey when the town is so small it would take 10 minutes to walk into Union, Elizabeth or Newark depending which direction leaving Hillside. So I would say yes that question hits right home here Is there something in the water? The answer is greed and power...just ask Charlotte
