(May 27)[Notes:ANCHOR VOICE] [Notes:kids playing ball]There is no joy in Mudville, well, not really Mudville it's actually suburban Chicago. [Notes:NATS UP - kids in dugout] And while these youngsters seem to be having a great time on the ball fields, they are suffering.SOT: Kevin Anderson, Little League Coach: "This is no longer acceptable." [Notes:various of jerseys]No - the Cubs jersey is no longer allowed, neither is this one - the Red Sox -- or this one from the Yankees. Major League Baseball says these Little League players can't use those team names anymore -- or any other major league team names for that matter. SOT: Anderson: "They see the Cubs, they see the Sox, the Yankees and they want to be one of those, that's what they want to be." [Notes:various of kids playing ball] The league says team names are only permitted if the teams buy their jerseys from their specific supplier - Majestic Athletic - and those uniforms are more expensive. [Notes:bulldogs flag, bulldogs uniforms]So for now, the teams are all Bulldogs - with different town names underneath the logo. ___ ___, The Associated Press
