It was hard to translate too, since grammatically Japanese doesn't really have to write "who" did what on every sentence and this song skipped "who" part a lot I guess intensionally. Though by nights of staring at the lyric I think I finally figured.lol So I'll write out some point so you could understand it yourself( But as to this PV only. And it's only my understanding to lyric so it could be wrong. If you knew the right story, I'd appreciate it if you could write it in a comment.) 1) Kaito and Miku in this PV are relatives. That's what it mean by "closed world" in lyric I guess. 2) Kaito is a heartless character in this PV. Maybe he faced those family discord of nobleman family in youth or something and eventually lost his heart. But he found Miku, angelic girl one day from one of his relative family and starts to get interested since she was something very new in his life. 3) As they had chance to meet time to time in family union or something, they both found out they were staring at each other time to time. 4) Kaito's interest grew to obsession by the time Miku was what she could be called a lady rather then a girl and he schemes to have her forever. 5) Kaito managed to get Miku to place where they could be alone. And he invite her to the poisoned drink... 6) But Miku knew it was poison... she knew everything was scheme too. Though she drunk it. Because she too was in love with Kaito secretly. 7) Miku falls, and Kaito now got her... but when he finally had her in his hand, Miku's innocent face remind Kaito how Miku was sweet to him. How Miku was something he was really warmed... and notice the sin of his doing and regret what he done. 8) But when Kaito break down crying Miku wakes up to his astonishment. Miku too knew the poison I guess and somehow she managed to survive the posion. Miku also wanted Kaito too as much as Kaito wanted her. 9) Happy end....? I don't know. Title is Cantarella/Poison so maybe they died after all.(I think we could also take lyric that Kaito was trying to sue himself with Miku so...But this PV's Miku looked fine at end so maybe not in this PV... There's other PV so you might want to watch those for another comprehension) Or maybe title is just talking about Love, referring Love as something drastic poison that could lead wrong doing, such as poison one's love... There's no after story or anything written actually by author so it's up to us to imagine what happened in/after the song.
