Mike McGinn Wins Seattle Mayor's Race

Seattle's Mayor–elect Mike McGinn says he will begin working today to form a transition team for his new office. Last night, McGinn's rival Joe Mallahan conceded defeat in the race for Seattle mayor, nearly a week after Election Day.
