Norfolk, Va went under a Coastal Flood Warning and High Wind Warning as a strong Low Pressure system deepened off the Delmarva Peninsula. The strong Northerly winds pushed 45mph winds and a ton of water into the North facing Norfolk, Va area. A major flooding event is forecast for 4am on Tuesday May 13, 2008. We will be going out and shooting video of this event.
