Abusing the filter options in Cinelerra. Cinelerra has
native export to mpeg-4, h264 and other formats, but i can't get it to write
a proper (i.e. Quicktime Player-compatible) .MOV.

proper (i.e. Quicktime Player-compatible) .MOV. So, this was rendered from
Cinelerra to a Quicktime Movie-container with PCM-sound and
MJPEG-video. Compressing, cropping and resizing was made in ffmpeg, like this:
ffmpeg -i kossa.mov01 -b 600 -croptop 44 -cropbottom 44 -s 414x214 kossa.mp4
