the intersection Mr. Gibbs did not see Amber Pitts age 29 of Splendora as she was coming into the intersection. Gibbs black pick up struck Pitts Chevrolet Subarban causing it to strike a traffic control pole and virtually wrap around it and entraping the occupants. Splendora Fire responded and worked almost fifteen minutes to free the victims in the suburban. Montgomery County Hospital District transported Ms. Pitts and her five year old daughter to Kingwood Hospital in stable condition. Her eight year old son was transported to LBJ Trauma Center in Houston in stable condition. Gibbs and his fiance were transported to Cleveland Hospital in stable condition. Splendora Police are continuing their investigation. Alchol was found in the pickup but Officer Carr noted it was not open.
