Iraqi securiy forces have taken over another province from US control. Qadisiyah is the 10th region to be transferred and the Iraqi government says it expects to take control of the remaining eight provinces by December. The US says it all reflects improved capabilities for Iraqi security forces and is talking about withdrawing more troops although, as Zeina Awad reports, there is still a lot of work to be done.
