class, hence my headless self ;) My motto when dealing with gear while teaching is that if it doesn't work swaha! I'm not going to fiddle with anything while teaching because...I'm teaching yoga for goodness sake! I hope to supplement episodes of Elsie's Yoga Class: Live and Unplugged Podcast with bits of video of the classes that I record audio for, here and there...sometimes...perhaps....if it doesn't intrude too much with the flow of things :) So, this was a bit of today's class over at the Pittsburgh Athletic Association.
