Description:
www.Thee-Heeler.com Salons that started using Thee Heeler Foot File increased their profits by $3000 to $5000 the first month. Their new clients increased by 20%. At PediPro,Inc. we have increased production due to the high demand of our product. Actually from the time we started producing these our orders from men have jumped 200%. We also have had more and more women buying these for their boyfriends, husbands and fathers. I believe the reason we have received such an increase from men is the embarrassment of the pedicure, states Jeanette Motta, founder and President. A state regulatory agency recently recommended revoking the licenses of three Bryan-College Station nail salons and suspending two others for six months, according to documents. Investigators with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation recently mailed notices of what they described as violations to the owners of each salon. Several owners said they plan to fight the accusations through a hearing process. Customer complaints prompted the inspections in November, when 56 violations were uncovered at eight local salons, according to documents filed with the state agency. According to those officials, salon owners have two options: They can pay a smaller settlement amount than was ordered in the letter notifying them of the violations or they can request a hearing before a judge, said Patrick Shaughnessy, a spokesman for the department. Shaughnessy said it's unusual for the maximum penalty of $5,000 for each violation to ultimately be assessed against a salon. It was not known Wednesday how many of the salons planned to dispute the claims made against them. "The violations we are alleging are so numerous and, in many cases, so serious, we believed a hefty penalty was mandated," Shaughnessy said. State records show that 144 businesses in Brazos County have cosmetology licenses from the department, including nail and hair salons. According to notices sent out to the businesses, the following are what investigators concluded: Violations at two locations in Texas included dirt and debris that had settled in a wax pot, on buffer blocks and in nail files; manicure and pedicure tools that were not completely immersed in disinfectant; 14 craft drills that are illegal for use in the professional nail industry; foot spas that were dirty; and an illegal credo blade that shaves corns and calluses from feet. A $38,500 fine and revocation of the licenses for both locations were recommended, according to the letter, which is considered public record. ] At PediPro,Inc. we feel that your salon should never have to be bothered with any of these claims. Thee Heeler foot file was created to put your salon at the top of the list and increase your profits.
