A Justice Department team is scheduled to leave Iraq today, following their investigation into the 2006 death of an Iraqi guard. The guard was fatally shot by a contractor for Blackwater USA who now lives in Seattle. The trip represents a significant step in determining whether the former Blackwater employee will be charged.
