Duke Special, real name Peter Wilson, is a songwriter and performer based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Freewheel is a single released in 2005, then included in the 2006 album Songs from the Deep Forest, and released again as a single in 2007.
The video has been directed by Ryan Suffern at Suckatash, Los Angeles. The animation is collaboration between design studio Sparks, London, illustrator Tim Millen, from Belfast, and animator Eve Weinberg, Chicago.
The video is also included in the ten minute short movie entitled Save Me from the Movies by Ryan Suffern, which also features the video for Last Night I Nearly Died.
