We hope the videos of the court room preceedings and upcoming trial will be a resource for lawyers, law professors, and others interested in learning about and studying the legal, ethical, and moral issues related to medical malpractice.
The documentary film "Never Give Up" will closely look at the underlying issues that one might expect would arise in medical lawsuits: cloudy and confusing medical language and descriptions of what happened, expert witnesses changing their minds about testifying, medical records disappearing, lawyers who hesitate to take on medical malpractice because of the obstacles and expense of litigation, and how our legal system can distort the truth and make a mockery of justice.
