A short clip of St. John the Divine Cathedral in Manhattan, New York. Started in 1893, the cathedral (the largest in the WORLD) is still uncompleted. A fire in 2001 gutted the front central area, but it is being restored now. It will cost an estimated $400 M to complete this cathedral when done. It is is about 2/3 completed now. Over 600 feet long, and 145 feet wide, and over 150 feet high, it is magnificent. In addition to the enormous main cathedral area, there are 12 separate chapels around the back of the alter. The front rose stained glass window is over 50 feet across and holds over 10,000 pieces of glass. There are beautiful art pieces here from Medieval period. It is located just off 110th Avenue and Broadway near Tom's Restaurant (Seinfield's restaurant). Worth the trip to see it!
