http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 20 of P90X and the routine was Kenpo X. The workout today went great and I saw big improvements over last week. My conditioning is really coming along. Tomorrow is day 21 and I'll be posting new photos and measurements. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of progress I've made up to this point, so tomorrow should be a fun day. Also, it's a rest day so I'm thrilled about that. Thanks again for all of the encouraging comments and advice, it's been really helpful and is a big motivator in keeping me on track with the program.
